DNA Astrology. Mahalaya Paksham. Pithru Sabham. Pithru Dosham

In this post, Grandma Bhagirathi, after her husband’s passing, would visit a temple in the village where she stayed with her son. During these visits, she would perform a small act of service, which she called the blessings of the ancestors and Mahalaya Paksha.

According to Grandma, the joy of the ancestors was immense due to the proper completion of the rituals for the ancestors.

The group of friends who regularly accompanied Grandma to the temple noticed significant changes in their lives after the Mahalaya Paksha of the following year. This was because Grandma had fulfilled her obligations to the ancestors during the Mahalaya Paksha of that year. Grandma then shared a piece of wisdom, saying that in any family where the blessings of the ancestors and the family deity are intact, that family will be naturally elevated by the force of nature, step by step, without any hurdles.

Conversely, a family lacking the blessings of the ancestors and the grace of the family deity would be left without guidance. They would be left standing in confusion, with no one to advise whether the decisions they make are right or wrong.

Identifying Pitru Dosha in the Horoscope

If a child’s horoscope shows Guru (Jupiter) either placed in or aspecting the Lagna (Ascendant) or its lord, it signifies that before the birth of that child, the family lacked the blessings of the ancestors.

Additionally, if Guru is positioned in the Lagna, fifth house, seventh house, or ninth house, it similarly suggests that before the birth of the child, the family did not have the blessings of the ancestors. They must immediately check if any ancestral rites, such as offering Tithi (annual death rites), were neglected. Performing such rituals, especially offering sesame seeds and water during Mahalaya Paksha every year, will ensure the family receives the full blessings of the ancestors.

Identifying Family Deity Dosha in the Horoscope

If a child is born with the star Ashwini, Magha, or Moola as their birth star or as the Lagna star, or if the lord of the Lagna is in any of these stars, it indicates that the family lacked the blessings of the family deity before the child’s birth.

Moreover, if Venus is placed in the Lagna, or if there is a connection between Venus and the Lagna lord, or if Venus is positioned in the seventh house and aspects the Lagna with its seventh aspect, this indicates that the family neglected to worship their family deity before the child’s birth. The family must immediately resume worship of their family deity. Even if the deity is unknown, they should find out and begin the worship.

The most important factor for a family to live a life filled with happiness and prosperity is the grace of both the family deity and the ancestors. With their blessings, the family will not face failure under any circumstances. Thank you.
